1) What is the

2) Why is an
email address needed for ordering through PayPal?
You will be asked
to enter an email address that tells PayPal who to send your order to.

3) How long will
my order take?
There are four things that contribute:
1) Time it takes for the order to get to us
2) Time it takes for your check to clear
3) Time it takes to process your order
4) Time it takes to ship it to you
(standard ground shipping could take up to 6 days)
The Mail Order method could take as long as 2-3
weeks..
The PayPal method really speeds up 1 and 2 (from days to minutes)., so expect
about a week with PayPal orders.

discount for large orders?
Yes. See the

13) How do I fill
out and print the mail-order form?
For Mac browsers
click and hold the mouse button to get the cursor drop-down menu, then select
print.
For PCs, right click to get the cursor drop-down menu, then select print.

14) I filled out
the mail-order form. Can I copy that information and paste it into PayPal?
Yes. Drag the
cursor across the form from beginning to end to select all the content. Go to
the Edit menu to select both copy and paste. Then paste the information into the
large form area labled "Note: (optional)".

15) Why don't you
get a shopping cart?
We are working on
that. We hope to have easier ordering in time for the release of the second CD.
